Instrument Disinfectant Concentrate – Chemi-Pharm Des Insurance, 1000 ml

DES INSURANCE is an effective cleaning and disinfecting agent for pre-sterilisation treatment of medical instruments before hot or chemical sterilisation. Suitable for washing all water-resistant instruments. The product is material-friendly, effectively removes blood, proteins, secretions and fats from instruments, and rinses off quickly and completely without leaving residues.

Antimicrobial action:
DES INSURANCE has a broad antimicrobial spectrum: it eliminates Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi and viruses, including HBV and HIV. Phosphate-free. The working solution is safe for people present in the room during use.

Directions for use:
Immediately after use, dismantle the instruments and place them in a closed container filled with 1% working solution of DES INSURANCE (10 ml concentrate diluted in 990 ml water) for 10 minutes. Ensure that all parts are completely covered by the solution.

After the exposure time, wash and rinse instruments thoroughly with running water and sterilise if necessary. When used in washer-disinfectors, the addition of a foam regulator is recommended.

For chemical sterilisation, Chemihyd Des is recommended. Working solutions are prepared by diluting the concentrate in water. A closed, ready-made solution remains effective for 14 days, an in-use solution – for 1 day.

Storage conditions:
Store in tightly closed containers at +5 to +30 ºC.
