A consumer (a natural person who is not acting as an entrepreneur) has the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The returned goods must be complete and in their original packaging. Please open the packaging carefully, without tearing or cutting it in places not intended by the manufacturer. If the packaging has been opened carelessly or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

The returned goods must be unused and undamaged. The buyer has the right to inspect the goods only to the extent that would be permitted during a normal inspection of goods in a store. If the goods have been used and their value has decreased, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value. Use of the goods for purposes other than intended, or in violation of the instructions, may result in refusal of the return.

Please indicate which product you wish to return, the order number or the buyer’s first and last name, as well as the purchase date.

Return the goods:

The goods must be sent by courier service to the following address: Tihase tn 34, 10619 Tallinn, Estonia.

Large-sized goods delivered on a pallet must also be returned on a pallet via courier service to the logistics warehouse. The return address will be provided by customer support at contact@nailpro.fi

Goods delivered on a pallet are not accepted for return at the Tallinn office!

Refunds

The refund for the returned goods will be transferred to the buyer’s bank account without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Nailpro has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of their dispatch has been provided.

Additional information

The direct costs related to returning the goods, including return shipping and packaging costs, are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is non-conformity of the goods or a defect.

Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return if they have been opened after delivery.
