Gel Polish Base Coat – DARK Pro Base 65 – 15 ml

The base has a consistency close to liquid, allowing leveling to be done quickly and without excessive material use. The plasticity of the coating eliminates any sense of stiffness on the nail, so the base behaves naturally during everyday wear.

Method of use

1. Perform the manicure: prepare the surface with a buffer, degrease the nail plate, and apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
2. Before applying DARK PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE or another medium-acid base — this strengthens adhesion to the natural nail.
3. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness must not exceed 0.7 mm.
4. Cure in the original lamp for 60–90 seconds.
5. Finish the coating with a top coat; cure the top coat for 90–120 seconds.

A medium-acid base should be used only as a thin underlay for adhesion — it is not recommended for leveling, as this increases the risk of chemical burns.

The base performs best on standard-length nails. For significantly extended length, very thin natural nail plates, or shapes with sharp corners (such as a clean square), stiffer materials are preferable.

If shortening the length is required, it is recommended to do so after applying the top coat, leaving about 1 mm — this makes the free edge stronger and improves the durability of the coating.
