The DNKa’ Top Nail Forms are upper reusable forms for nail modeling, offering a practical and quick way to save time at work. They eliminate the need for final filing during extension, re-extension, or restoration. The forms have a universal ballerina shape, suitable for almond, oval, and short square nails.

Made of hard yet flexible plastic, the forms are easy to remove after polymerization. Perfect for use with DNKa’ Acryl Gel, DNKa’ Builder Gel, and DNKa’ Jelly Gel. Very easy and convenient to use, even for beginners.

The set contains 120 pieces – 12 sizes with 10 forms each, making it easy to choose the right fit for any nail plate.

Application:

1. Perform standard mechanical preparation of the nail plate.

2. Clean the nail using DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser.

3. Apply DNKa’ Dehydrator.

4. Apply DNKa’ Ultrabond.

5. Apply the chosen base coat and cure.

6. Select a form of the appropriate size and desired shape.

7. Apply the modeling material (DNKa’ Acryl Gel, Liquid Acrygel, DNKa’ Builder Gel, or DNKa’ Jelly Gel) to the inner part of the form. Press it onto the nail plate and hold for 10 seconds using a LED/UV lamp and clip.

8. Cure in a 48W LED/UV lamp for 2 minutes on each side.

9. After complete polymerization, gently remove the form by squeezing the sides.

10. Remove any sticky residue with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3 in 1.

11. Refine the shape with a file and, if needed, adjust the interior with a drill.

12. Apply DNKa’ Top Coat and cure in a LED/UV lamp for 2 minutes.
