Application steps:

  1. Prepare the nails — shape them and gently buff the surface.

  2. Choose the correct size of Total Tips, ensuring perfect alignment with the sidewalls without pressing on the cuticle.

  3. Degrease the surface with F.O.X Nail Prep, then apply F.O.X Ultrabond (acid-free) for better adhesion.

  4. Apply a thin layer of F.O.X base coat suitable for natural nail flexibility and cure under the lamp.

  5. Apply a small drop of base to the inner side of the tip near the cuticle, gently press the tip from the base toward the free edge to avoid air bubbles.

  6. Fix under a mini UV/LED lamp, then complete curing in a 36/48 W lamp.

  7. Remove the sticky layer and refine the transition between the tip and the natural nail, giving it the desired shape.

  8. Apply a thin layer of clear F.O.X base and cure.

  9. Evenly spread gel or acrygel over the tip’s surface without filing to create the ideal nail architecture.

  10. After curing, remove the sticky layer, refine if necessary, apply F.O.X gel polish, and seal with F.O.X top coat.

Tips:
• Avoid placing the tip too close to the cuticle — it will simplify refinement and prevent lifting during nail growth.
• After light buffing, apply a leveling layer of clear F.O.X base, followed by color and top coat.
• The optimal thickness of the gel tips allows their use as a builder structure or simply with base and color.
