Cuticle Nippers – STALEKS PRO SMART 31 NS-31 are professional tools designed for precise removal of cuticles and hardened skin during classic and combined manicure/pedicure. Hand-sharpened under a microscope on diamond wheels with a radius profile, they ensure a clean and even cut without burrs, while keeping their sharpness for a long time even under intensive salon use.

Cutting edges and heel: blades are angled, with a special “heel” above the hinge plane, allowing safe work with skin of different thicknesses and enabling deeper, controlled cuts.

Handles: the tool has rounded shortened handles that are easy to fix between fingers and the palm. They do not slip, require no extra effort, and reduce hand fatigue during long sessions.

Spring and joint: a double spring of two metal plates provides a soft and smooth stroke, and the joint distributes the load evenly, ensuring comfortable use.

Material and finish: made of high-alloy stainless surgical steel, resistant to deformation, wear, moisture, and chemicals. The surface is polished in two stages with GOI paste, then undergoes tumbling and sandblasting to create a matte finish that is scratch-resistant and hides marks.

Cleaning and disinfection: clean and disinfect after each use. Use special solutions active against hepatitis viruses and dermatomycoses. Disinfection can be combined with machine cleaning. After treatment, rinse thoroughly, dry completely, and place in kraft bags for sterilization.

Sterilization: can be performed physically (autoclave, dry heat) or chemically. The tool must be fully dry before sterilization. Do not leave it in water for long, and avoid acetone or alkalis. Fill sterilizer up to 70% only, place kraft bags in one layer, and remove sterile tools directly before use.

Storage and care: store dry and clean, in a case, box, or kraft bags to protect edges from contact with other metal tools. Lubricate joints after cleaning to maintain smooth movement. Sterile tools can be stored in a UV cabinet.
