Professional cuticle nippers STALEKS PRO SMART 80 NS-80-5 are designed for trimming cuticles and callused skin during classic or combined manicure/pedicure. Manually sharpened with a rounded profile, they cut precisely and cleanly, leaving no hangnails or irregularities.

PRO SMART 80 nippers belong to the professional series, and are resistant to frequent sterilization and disinfection without losing performance.

Cutting part and heel
Miniature 5 mm blades are ideal for high-precision work. Sharpened under a microscope with diamond wheels — ensure smooth and clean cutting with no scratches. The raised "heel" makes it easier to treat skin of varying thickness, while the narrow head shape ensures delicate skin grip.

Handles
One handle is classic, the other is curved like a "comma". This shape provides an ergonomic grip, reduces fatigue, and enhances control during use.

Spring
A double metal plate spring provides a soft, smooth action, allowing precise pressure control during cutting.

Material
Made of high-alloy surgical stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Polished in two stages: first with a flap wheel and then with GOI paste. Followed by tumbling and sandblasting — resulting in a matte surface resistant to scratches.

Sterilization and disinfection recommendations:

• do not soak for long – may damage the protective coating;

• use only professional solutions, no acetone or alkalis;

• the solution must cover the nippers by at least 1 cm;

• after soaking – rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely;

• after sterilization – allow to cool before opening the pouch;

• place kraft pouches in a single layer, do not overload the sterilizer;

• always check sterilization indicators.

Tool care:

• use strictly for intended purpose;

• lubricate hinge after cleaning;

• store dry and clean, in a case or kraft pouch;

• avoid drops and contact with aggressive chemicals;

• service life is unlimited with proper care.

Sharpening and restoration:
The nippers can be professionally resharpened under a microscope. If needed, send them to the official Staleks service for restoration.

Quality control:
Each unit undergoes a multi-stage inspection: sharpness, movement, build strength, and resistance to repeated use are tested individually.
